My name is Shrien Dewani and this page is a collection of my thoughts, my opinions, my experiences 

 

The internet will provide any reader with plenty of opportunity to read opinions about me, to encounter interpretations of my actions and decisions. 

 

What it will not provide you is an opportunity to hear from me.  It will not provide an opportunity to understand me, my world views or reflections.

 

My life experiences have shaped me in a way that not many people will ever have the opportunity to experience.  

 

I have used that experience to drive my stewardship of my organisation, of the community that I am privileged to lead, to ensure that my true world views and values are tuned into a reality 

 

This collection of blogs provides an opportunity for anyone who is truly interested to consider subjects that matter to me. 

 

I am proud to be a leader in Health and Social Care today.  It is this discipline of professionals, from around the world, who were able to support me in my time of need and I feel privileged to be able to provide the same opportunity for others in their care journey.
